APARTMENTS Nestled in the Mediterranean scrub overlooking the bay of Liscia René, they are surrounded by splendid oleanders, from which they take their name. The complex, located in the heart of the exclusive Costa Smeralda, one of the most sought-after destinations on Sardinia's northeastern coast, is about 3 km from the center of Porto Cervo, a coastal village in the Gallura region famous for its bars and boutiques.
BEACH The beautiful sandy beach of Liscia di Vacca, about 350 meters away, boasts crystal-clear waters, shallow waters, and rocky shorelines. Pitrizza beach is 700 meters away. Guests have access to one beach umbrella and can rent beach towels (the latter is provided free of charge for Premium rooms).
MACHINERY It offers unattended private parking, two swimming pools, one equipped with sun loungers (subject to availability) (open from May 1st to October 15th, approximate dates) and a smaller one, free Wi-Fi (connection not always guaranteed), and a reception desk (9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM). A shared laundry area with a washing machine is also available free of charge; an iron and ironing board are available upon request. Newspapers, tobacconists, restaurants, pizzerias, and various shops are located approximately 1,5 km away. Car and motorcycle rentals are available, with payment on site. For golf enthusiasts, the Pevero Golf Club is just 5 km away. The property accepts credit cards except Amex and Diners.
THE APARTMENTS Elegantly finished with traditional Sardinian furnishings, the first-floor apartments have a balcony or the ground-floor apartments have a patio. All apartments include a TV, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi (connection not always guaranteed), a microwave, toaster, induction hob, coffee machine with capsules (available at reception), a kettle, and a bathroom with a bathtub or shower and a hairdryer. Reductions and Supplements

ACCOMODATION free (min. 3 nights in periods A / B / C / D, 5 nights in other periods). Arrival from 17.00, departure before 10.00. Notify for arrivals after 20.00 to release the Key Box service code for the collection of the keys (if not reported, the delivery of the apartment is not guaranteed). Penalty Euro 50 for arrivals after 20.
SERVICES FORFAIT (payable locally) Mandatory for children over 3 years old from June 13th to September 12th, €5 per person per day for children 3-12 years old, €10 for children over 12 years old. Includes electricity, water, and air conditioning. Bed linens, towels, and tablecloths (placemats) are changed weekly (for stays of less than two weeks, only the first set is provided). For Premium stays of at least 7 nights, a midweek housekeeping service with linen change is provided.
FINAL CLEANING (payment on the spot) compulsory Euro 85 Bilo, Euro 100 Trilo. Failure to clean the kitchenette or waste delivery Euro 50.
