APARTMENTS Located inside a residence composed of terraced houses, they are inserted in large green spaces. The apartments are located in the beautiful bay of Porto Ottiolu, located halfway between Budoni and San Teodoro in the north-eastern part of Sardinia, the center of the small town is about 300 meters away.
BEACH About 700 meters away is the white beach of Porto Ottiolu, a beach of very fine sand whose shallow waters make it easy for children to swim, it has a large parking lot and refreshment points and offers the possibility of renting umbrellas, deck chairs and pedal boats. The tourist port of Porto Ottiolu is among the best equipped in Sardinia and offers the possibility of mooring boats, renting sailing boats and motor boats. 4 km away is the beach of Budoni, a long sandy beach with the possibility of renting beach equipment, while 5 km away is the town of San Teodoro, with La Cinta and other famous beaches.
MACHINERY It offers ample unattended parking, a swimming pool for adults and a children's pool equipped with umbrellas and sun loungers (available only on afternoons in July and August). Boat and inland excursions can be booked at the reception desk. In Ottiolu's central square, there are bars, cocktail lounges, restaurants, ice cream parlors, craft shops, and boutiques. The village itself has ATMs, a pharmacy, grocery stores, a newsstand/tobacconist, and evening markets. A nightclub is 2 km away. The property accepts credit cards.
THE APARTMENTS All have private entrances and overlook the garden, some with sea views. They are available on the ground floor with a patio and garden or on the first floor with a covered veranda (sometimes split-level with a patio and garden). They are always furnished with an outdoor table and chairs. They include a TV, air conditioning (payable locally, one split unit in the living room), and a bathroom with a shower. Some also include a barbecue and additional outdoor shower.
