About 3 km away is the center of Santa Teresa di Gallura, which guarantees a wide range of services and entertainment suitable for any type of clientele. Furthermore, given its position, Baia Santa Reparata is an ideal point of reference for the most varied excursions in northern Sardinia.
BEACH The property is located closest to the sea in the stunning Santa Reparata Bay, characterized by white sandy beaches interspersed with granite rocks. The area is suitable for surfing and windsurfing, and equipment rentals and private lessons are available. On the beach, you can rent boats, including guides, and enjoy water sports. There is a well-equipped marina in Santa Teresa.
MACHINERY Free, unattended parking is available near the apartments. A public bus line (high season only) runs from the Baia Santa Reparata stop to all the surrounding beaches and the town center. Near the beach is the Sports Center, an area that includes the Pool Park with brand-new seawater pools for adults and children (open from June 1st to September 30th) equipped for relaxation, and a reception desk. A variety of paid sports activities are also available, including horseback riding, ATVing, trekking, and snorkeling. The property, in addition to partnering with local businesses for traditional Sardinian dinners, offers the possibility of booking boat trips to the islands of the La Maddalena Archipelago. The complex also has a bar and restaurant (externally managed). A mini market is located a few hundred meters away, while the center of Santa Teresa offers all kinds of services, including supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, boutiques, a pharmacy, a newsstand, a nightclub, and pubs. Type M apartments are located in the building closest to the sea. They are larger and feature modern furnishings and include air conditioning (optional, payable locally).

ACCOMODATION free (min. 3 nights until 11/07 and from 22/08, 5 nights other periods). Arrival from 17.00, departure by 10.00. Notify for arrivals after 20.00. Penalty Euro 30 for arrivals after 22.00 (if not reported, the delivery of the apartment is scheduled for the following day).
SERVICES FORFAIT (payable locally) Mandatory for children over 2 years old, €10 per person per day. Includes electricity, water, and gas. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly, and the apartment has a TV. Access to the Sports Center and use of the swimming pools.
