58 VILLAS The Residence is located inside the Horse Country Resort, on the west coast, about 4 km from the town of Arborea. Behind it rise the rugged mountain ranges of the Arcidano and the Giara di Gesturi plateau, an ecosystem rich in flora and fauna populated by pink flamingos and rare species, particularly suitable for excursions. The villas are immersed in the shade of the centuries-old pine forest and a few steps from the sea in the Gulf of Oristano, with 10 km of free beach without neighboring structures and a large private equipped beach, an ideal solution for families who wish to spend a stay in absolute freedom and independence, surrounded by the greenery and richness of the nature reserve. The horse is the element that, together with its Equestrian Centre, distinguishes it and makes it suitable for those who want to spend a unique and original holiday.
PRIVATE BEACH Payment on site. About 170 meters away, the Marina di Arborea beach, with its fine, golden sand, is equipped with showers, restrooms, a wooden walkway leading to the sea, a bar, and a restaurant open during the summer months. The Club Card includes umbrellas, sun loungers, and beach volleyball for group activities. For a fee, canoes, pedal boats, diving, excursions, sailing, and snorkeling are available.
MACHINERY It offers private unattended parking, a swimming pool for adults and children with a snack bar, an elevator, air conditioning in common areas, a bar, a TV room, a safe, and free Wi-Fi at reception. There are also night porter service, a nursery, and a shop. The complex features three restaurants, each offering a different menu and service type (buffet or table service), which must be booked and paid for on-site. Mini Club “Pony” with games and fun activities in the reserved area on the beach and in dedicated spaces, Junior Club with games, themed weekends, daytime and evening shows with artists and games room (for a fee).
