RESIDENCE 41 APARTMENTS The property is surrounded by approximately 5 hectares of greenery featuring cork trees over 100 years old, myrtle, pomegranate, bougainvillea, jasmine, and many other varieties. Composed of Sardinian-style villas, it is located approximately 1500 meters from the lively center of San Teodoro, a popular destination for beach lovers and nightlife.
BEACH The closest beach is Cala d'Ambra, about 600 meters away. It features sand and pebbles and a partially rocky seabed. A diving center is nearby. The famous Isuledda beach is about 1 km away; accessible on foot via a dirt path immersed in the nature reserve, it boasts turquoise waters and a shallow, fine-sand seabed, making it particularly suitable for children to play and swim.
MACHINERY In addition to a large, unattended private parking lot, it features a multi-level, sloping pool for both adults and children to enjoy. Around the pool are sun loungers with shaded areas and an adjacent snack bar. There's also a TV room and Wi-Fi in common areas. Entertainment and activities are included in the Club Card. Mini Club 4-12 years old (from June 6 to September 19, approximate dates) with use of children's playground and tennis/soccer court (nighttime floodlights for a fee). The village also features a self-service restaurant (pay on site) and a minimarket/general store with newspapers and tobacco. Nearby sports such as golf and horseback riding are available, as well as bicycle, scooter, and car rentals. The property accepts credit cards except Amex and Diners.

THE APARTMENTS Located in villas surrounded by lush greenery, they are all ground-floor apartments with private entrances and furnished patios. They feature air conditioning, a TV, a safe, a telephone, a kitchenette with an electric stove, and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. For stays longer than 7 nights, accommodation in the same apartment is not guaranteed.

MANDATORY CLUB CARD FROM 23/05 TO 26/09
€32 per person per week for children aged 4 to 12, €63 for children over 12 (payable locally). This includes daytime and evening entertainment for adults and children from June 6 to September 19, as well as use of the swimming pool and available sports equipment. A daily program of activities is offered, including games, card tournaments, gymnastics classes, aerobics and group dances, water aerobics, sports and social tournaments, and outdoor evening entertainment with shows, Latin American dances, and musical evenings. In addition, Mini Club At set times for children aged 4-12, managed by qualified staff who will involve them in sports activities, on the beach and in the park, always paying the utmost attention to their safety, with evening baby dance, themed parades, costume shows, face painting and an outdoor area with a playground equipped with slides and swings.
