HOTEL 90 ROOMS The property, located in a flat area in the bay of Cala d'Ambra, It is surrounded by large green spaces and Mediterranean vegetation, inspired by Sardinian tradition in its colors and composition. Surrounded by an enchanting landscape, the village features independent villas finished in granite, terracotta, and fine wood. All the buildings are on the ground floor, connected by illuminated paths that extend to the edge of the beach. From June 1st to September 30th, the hotel offers an exclusive evening shuttle service (for a fee) to the town of San Teodoro, approximately 1 km away.
PRIVATE BEACH This service is included in the Club Card. Connected to the village by a short, flat internal pedestrian path, it is approximately 300 meters away and is the continuation of Cala d'Ambra., Featuring mixed sand and a rocky seabed. The Club Card includes one umbrella and two sun loungers per room (first row for a fee) distributed across the lawned areas in front of the pool and near the beach, as well as one free beach towel per person. A paid Diving Center offers PADI certification courses and certifications, equipment rental, free trial dives in the pool, snorkeling, and diving in the Tavolara and Molara marine protected area. A short walk takes you to Isuledda beach, with its fine white sand and crystal-clear sea. From June 1st to September 30th, a free shuttle service, exclusive to the hotel, runs at scheduled times to La Cinta beach. A paid taxi boat service to the beaches of Cala Brandinchi and La Cinta is also available.
MACHINERY It has private unattended parking, two swimming pools, one of which is for children, solarium equipped for relaxation with umbrellas and sun loungers subject to availability, free Wi-Fi area at the reception and in the swimming pool, air-conditioned restaurant, TV room, bar with equipped veranda, safe at the reception, night porter service, boutique/bazaar with newspapers. Also multi-purpose tennis/football court and table tennis. Entertainment from 13/06 to 12/09, included in the Club Card, with Mini Club 5/12 years e Junior Club 12/16 years at set times, the village also has an open-air theatre for evening shows and a recreational area for children equipped with games. The Formula Soft Inclusive Full board includes house wine, water, and soft drinks from vending machines. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style (tables are unassigned and cannot be reserved). Open bar during the day at the pool bar (08.30:24.00 am - midnight) with unlimited soft drinks from the self-service machines, and in the afternoon, snacks and light meals are served (alcohol, bottled drinks, ice cream, and coffee are always excluded). A wellness area (payable locally) offers beauty treatments, sports massages, relaxation massages, and shiatsu. Bike and mountain bike rental, babysitting upon request, and excursions to Sardinia's most iconic destinations are also available for a fee. The property accepts credit cards, excluding Diners.

ROOMS Elegantly furnished, all ground-floor rooms have a private entrance and are surrounded by a large garden. They feature a furnished patio, air conditioning, a TV, a safe, a minibar (subject to charges), a telephone, and a bathroom with a shower (no bidet) and a hairdryer. The prices in the table refer to the rooms. Standard which can be double or twin with the possibility of adding a cot; the Comfort (with supplement), larger than the Standard rooms, they can accommodate a 3rd/4th bed (bunk bed) and a cot in place of the 4th bed. Some rooms can be made up of two rooms and a single bathroom and have flat beds.
