APARTMENTS The complex is located in San Teodoro, a location easily reachable from both the port and the airport of Olbia. The town is an ideal destination for those who wish to spend a seaside holiday full of fun, thanks to the lively nightlife, and sport and relaxation, thanks to its beautiful beaches. The La Suaredda service center is 800 meters away while the center of the town of San Teodoro is about 1700 meters away.
BEACH At around 1900 meters there is the light sandy beach of La Cinta, a long beach particularly suitable for families with children thanks to the shallow and sandy seabed. The beach is partly free and partly equipped with the possibility of renting umbrellas, sunbeds and pedal boats, there are also numerous kiosks where you can have quick meals. Many renowned beaches are easily accessible along the stretch of coast, including L'Isuledda, a rather small bay of white sand, with protected dunes and a pond behind it where flamingos gather, equipped with free parking and a small bar. Capo Coda Cavallo is a beach located at the tail end of the promontory from which you can admire Molara and Tavolara. It also has parking and bar kiosks.
MACHINERY They have an unattended parking space, a shared barbecue, and outdoor showers. Land and sea excursions to the Tavolara-Punta Coda Cavallo Marine Park can be booked at the reception office. The village offers a wide range of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. The property accepts credit cards except Amex.
THE APARTMENTS All with independent entrance, they can be located on the ground floor with veranda or on the first floor with balcony, Both are fully equipped. They include a TV, air conditioning (payable locally, 1 split unit in the living room), a washing machine, a kitchenette with an oven and a refrigerator, an iron and ironing board, and a bathroom with a shower.
