APARTMENTS Distributed within a residential complex located in San Teodoro, in the north-eastern part of Sardinia, they are about 200 meters from the town center. The location is a popular destination for both young people looking for fun for its nightlife and families who appreciate relaxation thanks to the renowned beaches with irresistible charm.
BEACH They are about 1400 meters from the sandy beach of La Cinta, characterized by a shallow seabed therefore particularly suitable for families with children. Of fine white sand, 3 km long, it is framed on one side by the turquoise sea and on the other by the lagoon, the habitat of pink flamingos. Nearby is the Marine Protected Area which extends from Tavolara to Capo Coda Cavallo in a succession of inlets, beaches, coves and promontories.
MACHINERY Surrounded by gardens and outdoor spaces, barbecue facilities are available upon request. Public parking is available nearby. Boat and inland excursions can be booked at the reception desk. The town of San Teodoro offers a wide range of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, clubs, amusement parks, and nightclubs. The property accepts credit cards except Amex.
THE APARTMENTS Most are located on the ground floor with a furnished veranda, garden, and additional private outdoor shower. The only apartment on the first floor has a covered terrace, also furnished, but no outdoor shower. All have a private entrance, TV, and bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available upon request (payment on site, 1 split unit in the living room).
