MACHINERY It has a large well-kept garden, private unattended parking, free Wi-Fi in common areas and coin-operated washing machine, reception open every day (09.00/13.00-16.00/20.00). In San Teodoro there are markets, restaurants, pizzerias, tobacconists, a pharmacy, clubs and discos. Nearby there is the possibility of horse riding, car/motorcycle and scooter rental. The property accepts credit cards except Amex and Diners.
THE APARTMENTS Built to high quality standards from granite and local stone, some featuring exposed wooden beams, they are furnished in a modern style. They feature bedrooms with low beds and outdoor spaces equipped with tables and chairs, such as balconies or verandas. They are located on the ground floor, with two views: one overlooking the shared garden with a covered veranda, the other facing the rear with a small private terrace; or on the first floor, with a balcony and views of the surrounding greenery. All apartments have a TV and bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available in all apartments (one split unit in the living room) and is payable locally.

ACCOMODATION free (min. 4 nights periods until 13/06 and from 15/09, 7 nights other periods). Arrival from 17.00 departure by 10.00. Notify for arrivals after 20.00. Penalty Euro 40 for arrivals after this time or for early check in (on request from 13.00). Delivery after 24.00 is not foreseen.
