85 APARTMENTS They are various complexes, located in the vicinity of Porto Ottiolu and Budoni, situated in the renowned stretch of coast between San Teodoro and Budoni.
BEACH With fine white sand and well-equipped beach clubs alternating with free stretches, it's 50 to 1300 meters from the apartments, depending on their location. A diving center, mooring, and boat rental are nearby.
MACHINERY Some apartments have private, unattended parking. Along the marina and in the main square, you'll find bars, restaurants/pizzerias, ice cream parlors, craft shops, boutiques, a supermarket, pharmacy, ATM, pastry shop, tobacconist, and fishing supplies. Nearby, there's a tennis court, beach volleyball court, horseback riding stables, and go-kart rentals. Excursions to the nearby Tavolara Marine Park and the La Maddalena Archipelago can be booked at the property. The property accepts credit cards, except Amex and Diners.
THE APARTMENTS Some have a furnished terrace, garden, or veranda, furnished simply and functionally to suit each owner's taste. All include a TV (not guaranteed signal), air conditioning (one split), and a bathroom with shower. The published photographs reproduce only some types of apartments.

Reductions and Supplements

ACCOMODATION Free (min. 1 night until 30/05 and from 26/09, 3 nights from 30/05 to 20/06 and from 29/08 to 26/09, 5 nights from 20/06 to 01/08 and from 22/08 to 29/08 7 nights other periods). Arrival from 5:00 pm, departure by 10:00 am. Please notify for arrivals after 8:00 pm. Penalty of Euro 25 for arrivals after 9:00 pm (if not notified, delivery of the apartment is not guaranteed).
SERVICES FORFAIT (payable locally) Mandatory for children over 4 years old, €6 per person per day. Includes electricity, water, gas, and air conditioning. Bed linens are changed weekly (double bed ready upon arrival).
FINAL CLEANING (payment on site) compulsory Euro 70 Mono and Bilo, Euro 80 Trilo. Failure to clean the kitchenette and failure to dispose of waste Euro 50.
LINEN (payment on the spot) bathroom linen rental on request Euro 10 per person per supply (to be reported when booking).
