APARTMENTS Recently built, the complex is located approximately 800 metres from Orosei, a seaside resort along the Central Eastern coast, on the gulf of the same name, characterised by a continuous succession of white sandy coves.
BEACH The sandy beach of Marina di Orosei is approximately 1500 meters away, equipped with beach clubs where you can rent umbrellas and sun loungers for a fee.
MACHINERY Unattended outdoor parking is available. Free Wi-Fi is available at the reception of the nearby Hotel Baia Marina, about 50 meters away (9:00 AM–1:00 PM and 5:00 PM–8:00 PM). Nearby are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, a newsstand, an ice cream parlor, and a pharmacy. The hotel accepts credit cards except Amex and Diners.
THE APARTMENTS Furnished in traditional Sardinian style and spread over four levels, they feature a private entrance, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi (connection not always guaranteed), a TV, washing machine, oven, and bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Some apartments have an electric stovetop. Premium apartments only have a furnished balcony or patio. The photographs shown show only some types of apartments.

Reductions and Supplements

ACCOMODATION free (min. 3 nights periods A/B/C/D, 5 nights other periods). Arrival from 17.00 pm, departure by 10.00 am. Please advise for arrivals after 20.00 pm. Penalty of Euro 50 for arrivals after this time (if not reported, delivery of the apartment is not guaranteed).
SERVICES FORFAIT (payable locally) Mandatory for children over 3 years: €10 per person per day from 13/06 to 12/09, €5 other periods. Includes electricity, water, gas (where applicable), and air conditioning. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly (for stays of less than 2 weeks, only the first set is provided). Final cleaning (excluding kitchenette).
FINAL CLEANING (payment on the spot) failure to clean the kitchenette or waste delivery Euro 60.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT (payment on the spot, in cash) Euro 150 per apartment.
CRADLE AND CHILDREN UP TO 3 YEARS (payment on the spot) Euro 5 per day. Free if with own cot.
