APARTMENTS The complex, characterized by a harmonious architectural form, is strategically located in the small village of Sos Alinos, along one of the most renowned stretches of the Gulf of Orosei. It is near the Bidderosa Oasis, the Tepilora Oasis Regional Natural Park, and approximately 12 km from the town of Orosei.
BEACH It is about 1400 meters from the free beach of Cala Liberotto, with fine white sand. On the nearby beaches it is possible to practice various water sports. Dog beach about 3 km away. Possibility of renting beach towels on site.
MACHINERY It offers unattended private parking, a swimming pool with showers and a hydromassage area, a solarium equipped with umbrellas and loungers (subject to availability), free Wi-Fi (connection not always guaranteed) in and around the pool area, a reception desk (9:00-13:00 and 16:00-20:00 until 30/05 and from 12/09, 8:00-22:00 other times), a small children's play area, and a shared barbecue. A shared laundry area is available for a fee. Car rental and excursion bookings are available. Nearby are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, a newsstand, an ice cream shop, a pharmacy, a medical center, and a riding stable. The photographs shown represent only some of the apartment types. The property accepts credit cards except Amex and Diners.
THE APARTMENTS Furnished in Sardinian style, they are spread over three floors, almost all with furnished patios or balconies (except for some Mono 2). They are equipped with air conditioning, TV, safe, kettle, toaster, microwave, bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

SERVICES FORFAIT (payment on site) mandatory over 3 years, Euro 10 per person per day from 13/06 to 12/09; Euro 5 other periods. Includes consumption of electricity, water, gas and air conditioning. Bedroom and bathroom linen changed weekly (for stays of less than 2 weeks only the first supply is provided). Final cleaning (excluding kitchenette).
FINAL CLEANING (payment on the spot) failure to clean the kitchenette or waste delivery Euro 60.
