BEACH That of Budoni, partly free and partly equipped, is characterized by white sand that immerses itself in very shallow turquoise waters. Depending on the location of the apartments, the beach is from 500 to 1800 meters away.
MACHINERY Organized excursions are available for a fee. All kinds of shops, bars, and restaurants are easily accessible nearby. The property accepts credit cards except Amex and Diners.
THE APARTMENTS Located in one- or two-story villas, pleasantly and functionally furnished, they all feature a furnished terrace or veranda, air conditioning (one split), a TV (not guaranteed signal), and a bathroom with a shower. Reductions and Supplements

ACCOMODATION free (min. 1 night until 30/05 and from 26/09, 3 nights from 30/05 to 20/06 and from 29/08 to 26/09, 5 nights from 20/06 to 01/08 and from 22 /08 to 29/08, 7 nights other periods). Arrival from 17.00 pm, departure by 10.00 am. Please notify for arrivals after 20.00pm. Penalty Euro 25 for arrivals after 21.00 pm (if not reported, delivery of the apartment is not guaranteed).
SERVICES FORFAIT (payable locally) Mandatory for children over 4 years old, €6 per person per day. Includes electricity, water, gas, and air conditioning. Bed linens are changed weekly (double bed ready upon arrival). Bathroom amenities are provided.
