APARTMENTS Nestled in large, well-maintained green spaces, the property enjoys a prime location near the center of Budoni, bustling with its quaint night market and open-air music evenings. The center of San Teodoro is just a few minutes' drive away.
BEACH The splendid beach of Budoni, bordered by a thick pine forest at the back and characterized by crystal clear sea and fine white sand, is about 400 meters away. Easily accessible, partly free and partly equipped, it is particularly suitable for families with children and offers the possibility of practicing various water sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing, snorkeling and canoeing. The structure offers guests 1 umbrella per apartment to take to the beach free of charge and beach towel rental.
MACHINERY It offers unattended private parking, a reception desk (9:00 AM - 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM), free Wi-Fi (connection not always guaranteed), bicycle use subject to availability (deposit required), and a children's play area. A barbecue and additional outdoor showers are available for shared use. For a fee, guests can also enjoy organized excursions and car and motorbike rentals. Notify for arrivals after 20.00 to release the Key Box service code for the collection of the keys (if not reported, the delivery of the apartment is not guaranteed). Penalty Euro 50 for arrivals after 20.00.
SERVICES FORFAIT (payment on site) mandatory over 3 years from 13/06 to 12/09, Euro 5 per person per day 3/12 years, Euro 10 over 12 years. Includes consumption of electricity, water, gas and air conditioning. Bedroom and bathroom linen changed weekly (for stays of less than 2 weeks only the first supply is provided).
