We will promptly work to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible. Our intervention will be effective, to the extent possible, only if we are informed during your stay.

PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
Dear customers, this site lists most of the tourist facilities on Elba, Giglio, Capraia, Tuscany, Sardinia, and Corsica. We are confident that by carefully browsing it, you too will find the perfect deal for your vacation. Additionally, some facilities offer special discounts, aimed at specific clientele. Therefore, please be aware of promotional offers. Offers cannot be combined with other offers, unless otherwise indicated, nor with any last-minute deals or additional discounts and promotions. Free nights will be deducted from the period with the lowest rate. Please note that to obtain discounts or take advantage of promotional offers, it is essential to provide copies of identity documents, including those of minors, and, if applicable, a marriage certificate in the case of a honeymoon.

HOW TO GET TO THE STRUCTURES
Once you have landed on the Island of Elba, in Sardinia or in Corsica, just follow the directions that will be provided together with the travel documentation.
All accommodations are located in well-known and easily accessible areas.

DELAYS
If, due to force majeure, your arrival is delayed, you must contact the resort management. If permitted by the resort, staff may wait for you outside of regular hours; in some cases, overtime may be applied.

TRANSPORTATION
To avoid any unpleasant inconveniences, we recommend booking your sea passage at the same time as your chosen stay; in this case, you will also benefit from the insurance coverage guaranteed for the ship passage.

CLUB CARD
Some complexes require the payment of a "club card" that allows access to specified services and amenities. Unless otherwise indicated, payment must be made on-site upon arrival.

START OF STAYS
If for any reason you are unable to arrive at the accommodation on the scheduled arrival date, we recommend that you notify our staff and the complex management immediately so that the room/apartment previously reserved for you can be kept.

EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES
The facilities and services listed for the various complexes may be temporarily unavailable due to inclement weather or the number of guests present, as well as in accordance with the facilities' internal regulations. If listed in the description, parking is unattended and is available until all available spaces are filled. Unless otherwise indicated, reservations are not possible.

ANIMALS
Each property indicates whether or not pets are allowed. They are permitted only upon request and if designated accommodations are available. A supplement may be required, which is always specified and generally payable on-site. Pets are not allowed in the pool, restaurant, or common areas, nor on the beach except those designated for them. Pets must be handled in compliance with the hygiene and health standards and regulations of the host property.

WHERE AND HOW TO BOOK
Choose your ideal accommodation and location. We recommend that you book your holiday early and, especially in high season, suggesting that you list any alternative proposals if your preferred choice is not available.

HOTEL CLASSIFICATION
Hotel accommodation classifications and categories (* stars) are assigned based on current regulations by the competent local authorities. For non-hotel accommodations or those lacking an official classification, these are assigned by the Tour Operator based on their own evaluation criteria and current quality standards. The photographs published on the website show only a few examples of rooms/apartments as it is not possible to represent all available types; more detailed information will be provided at the time of booking.

PREFERENTIAL REQUESTS
Any preferential requests not subject to a supplement must be reported during the booking process, but cannot be considered guaranteed.

CITY TAX
The Tourist Tax, if provided by the Municipality where the accommodation facility is located, must be paid directly to the same facility.

BEACHES
Natural events, such as storm surges, can increase or reduce the depth of beaches, altering their natural composition and encouraging the stranding of seagrass. The deposition of seaweed on beaches is a natural phenomenon indicative of a healthy eco-environment, and is therefore protected by the competent authorities and environmental organizations, which do not always authorize its removal. The distances indicated are the fastest route to the nearest beach, while the distance from the sea indicated refers to the distance as the crow flies to the nearest point in the sea (not necessarily the nearest beach).
