RECITALS

Emporio Vacanze Srl acts as an intermediary and is not liable in any case for the obligations imposed on the Suppliers of individual products and / or services but is solely responsible for those arising from its quality as intermediary, within the limits established by law. The booking and / or combination of the different products and / or services provided by Emporio Vacanze Srl is at the complete discretion of the Customer, who therefore assumes all responsibility deriving from any combination of the same. These conditions are to be considered correct only in the Italian language, in the translations we are not responsible for any inaccuracies relating to the automated translation of the site.

1) CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
Upon receipt of the travel documents (vouchers, tickets), the Customer is obliged to check the accuracy of the data contained therein. Any errors and / or inaccuracies must be promptly communicated to Emporio Vacanze Srl as late communications will void any liability of Emporio Vacanze Srl. It is mandatory to show up at the booked facility with the travel documents sent by Emporio Vacanze Srl and, in the case of booking ferries, airplanes or other services, show up at boarding with the ticket or equivalent travel document within the terms provided in the conditions of the individual Suppliers. Otherwise, the Customer will lose the right to stay and / or board and / or the booked service.

2) CANCELLATIONS
In case of cancellation and / or non-use of the booked service, the Customer will still be required to pay the total or partial of the same according to the general conditions of the individual Suppliers relating to his reservation. Any partial refunds will always be subject to and regulated by the general conditions of the Suppliers and subject to the penalty due to Emporio Vacanze Srl and the Suppliers. In no case will the booking fees and the opening fees be refunded.

3) CHANGES OR TRANSFERS
In the event of changes or transfers, if these are contemplated by the terms of the supplier's regulation, the Customer will be required to pay the changes provided for in the general conditions of the supplier itself as well as to pay Emporio Vacanze Srl of € 35,00 for each variation or sale.

4) BOOKINGS
Reservations will be considered valid only if accompanied by a deposit equal to 25% of the total amount of the stay and the opening fees, in addition to the total of any additional services such as ferries, flights or rentals, to be returned within 24 hours from the date of reservation. The balance must be received at the latest 21 days. before the start of the stay.
After these terms the reservation will be considered void and subject to the specific penalties of Emporio Vacanze Srl and the individual Suppliers.
For reservations from 21 days. to 2 days upon arrival, the full balance must be sent within 24 hours of the booking date. Except in cases of force majeure, Emporio Vacanze Srl processes within two working days, excluding holidays and the day before holidays, the booking requests received.
Emporio Vacanze Srl may, however, decide, at its sole discretion, not to proceed with the booking if it prudently considers the time necessary for the delivery of the documents to the Customer to be insufficient.

Emporio Vacanze Srl is not liable in any case for:

• incorrect insertion of customer personal data made by themselves during the booking procedure;
• failure to show the necessary travel documents.

In these cases, in others in which the customer cannot use the services booked due to his own responsibility and if he does not comply with what is indicated in point 1 (one), Emporio Vacanze Srl will apply the penalties provided for by the conditions of sale of the individual suppliers and of Emporio Vacanze Ltd.
If one of the following situations occurs:

• delay or lack of availability by the Suppliers,
• receipt beyond the terms of the payment requested by Emporio Vacanze Ltd.
• tariff changes not accepted by the customer

Emporio Vacanze Srl will only be required to return any sums already collected.

5) GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
The general conditions of sale of Emporio Vacanze Srl and the individual Suppliers are understood to be read and accepted at the time of booking.

6) PRACTICAL OPENING FEE (including cancellation policy)
For each booking is due to Emporio Vacanze Srl a practical opening fee equal to a total of Euro 30,00. The practice opening fee includes:
Booking costs
Travel cancellation insurance and health care (view details and conditions).

7) JURISDICTION
Any disputes will be governed by Italian law. In the case of private customers, the Court where the Defendant resides will be exclusively competent.
In the case of corporate customers, the Court of the Livorno district will be exclusively competent.
