BEACH Just 50 meters away is Castiglione della Pescaia's splendid Ponente beach, a sandy beach with a gently sloping seabed, ideal for families with children. The beach offers both free and private stretches of beach, as well as numerous kiosks, bars, and restaurants. A pleasant pedestrian promenade runs along the shoreline, adding to the atmosphere.
MACHINERY It offers unattended private parking, Wi-Fi, an elevator, a bar, a TV room, a lounge/reading room with a library, air conditioning and ceiling fans in the common areas, and a large veranda where you can relax. The restaurant deserves special mention: managed by the owners, it uses the freshest, highest-quality ingredients sourced from the family farm. Every day, the chef creates dishes from land and sea where tradition and innovation harmoniously blend, complemented by a fine selection of Tuscan wines. Guests have free use of bicycles.
