VILLAGE 184 APARTMENTS - 46 BUNGALOW The complex is located in Riotorto, within the Sterpaia Coastal Park, a protected natural area of ​​local interest and great environmental value. The park is characterized by dune and back-dune systems with a particularly valuable flora and fauna: bird species typical of sandy coasts, such as the little ringed plover and the Kentish plover, nest here, and there are plants exclusively adapted to sandy environments. The village is 3 km from the center of Riotorto. 
BEACH It is 1800 meters from the public Sterpaia beach, easily accessible on foot or by bicycle. Umbrellas and loungers can be rented at the Punto Blu. From June 6th to September 12th, the facility offers a convenient free train service to and from the beach, running at scheduled times. The gently sloping beach features fine, light-colored sand and is framed by a picturesque natural dune. Numerous beaches line the 10 km of coastline, including Perelli, Mortelliccio, Carbonifera, and Torre Mozza. 
MACHINERY Surrounded by spacious outdoor spaces, the complex is divided into two areas approximately 800 meters apart, each with its own amenities and, when in operation, connected by a beach train. It offers unattended private parking (one parking space per apartment, plus additional paid spaces), an adult and children's pool in the village area, and a new lagoon pool (especially suitable for children) in the camping area. Both are open from early June to mid-September. Wi-Fi is available in common areas, along with a children's play area and air conditioning in common areas. In the village area, guests can find a restaurant, minimarket, and basketball court, while the camping area features a restaurant/pizzeria and beach volleyball courts. Board and lodging are available for a fee. Children's entertainment and table tennis are available. Coin-operated laundry facilities, a tennis court, five-a-side football pitches, and bicycle rental are available for a fee. The property accepts credit cards except Amex and Diners.
THE APARTMENTS - THE BUNGALOWS Furnished according to the taste of each individual owner, they all have a private entrance with a garden (some fenced) and a covered furnished veranda, TV and bathroom with shower. Apartments (Two-Room Apartment) they are all made of brickwork while the Bungalow (Three-Room Apartment) They are built in prefabricated buildings. Air conditioning only in the two-room apartments. The published photographs reproduce only some types of apartments and bungalows.

ACCOMODATION Available until August 1 and from August 23. Minimum stay: 1 night until May 30 and from September 12, 2 nights from May 30 to June 20, 4 nights from June 20 to July 18 and from August 30 to September 12, 7 nights from July 18 to August 1 and from August 23 to August 30. Saturday/Saturday other periods. Arrival from 4:00 PM, departure by 10:00 AM. Please notify us for arrivals after 8:00 PM.
SERVICES INCLUDED Electricity, water, and gas. Air conditioning (where applicable). Bed linens and towels changed weekly. Final cleaning (excluding kitchenette).
FINAL CLEANING Failure to clean the kitchenette Euro 40.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT €100 per apartment + €20 per badge.
