It is also the ideal place for trekking and mountain biking enthusiasts, thanks to its proximity to the island's most scenic trails. It is 4 km from Portoferraio.
BEACH The closest beach is Le Ghiaie, about 3 km away, featuring white pebbles and crystal-clear waters, as well as being a marine park. The sandy beach of La Biodola is about 4 km away. Both offer free stretches of beach alternating with beach resorts, with the possibility of renting pedal boats, canoes, and SUPs.
MACHINERY The property offers unattended parking under a pergola. Guests can use the shared garden barbecue, ping pong table, and bocce court. The property does not accept credit cards.
THE APARTMENTS Furnished in warm, welcoming colors, they all feature an outdoor space with a furnished pergola, a private entrance, a TV, a freestanding refrigerator, and a bathroom with a shower. Two-room apartment A has air conditioning, payable locally. The wording "+1" we mean the occupation of a child up to 12 years old.

ACCOMODATION Free, excluding Saturday arrivals/departures (minimum 2 nights until May 24 and from September 20; 3 nights from May 24 to June 14 and from September 6 to September 20; 5 nights from June 14 to August 9 and from August 23 to September 6; 7 nights other periods). Arrival from 5:00 PM, departure by 10:00 AM. Please notify us for arrivals after 7:30 PM.
SERVICES INCLUDED consumption of electricity, water and gas.
AIR CONDITIONING (payment on site, only in Bilo A) Euro 10 per day.
FINAL CLEANING (payment on the spot) mandatory Euro 80 Bilo, Euro 95 Trilo. Failure to clean kitchenette € 30.
