HOLIDAY HOMES "LA MANSARDA" (private apartments) In a prime location on the second floor of a building in the historic center, close to the sea and amenities. Rio Marina is a charming town on the eastern side of the island, rich in history and suitable for families and young people. It's also an ideal place for sports enthusiasts, given its proximity to the island's most scenic hiking and mountain biking trails.
BEACH The town's gravel beach is about 350 meters away, about 100 meters long, and overlooked by the Clock Tower built in 1500 by the Appiani family. It offers boat rentals and a diving center. About 3 km from the town is the Topinetti beach, a mix of sand and gravel. Further along is the picturesque Cala Seregola beach, and about 4 km away is Ortano beach.
MACHINERY They have a private, unattended garage and an elevator (from the garage with direct access to the apartment's floor). All amenities and services are available in the village. Credit cards are not accepted.
THE APARTMENTS They feature air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a TV, a freestanding refrigerator, an oven, an induction hob, an iron and ironing board, and a high chair. Bathrooms include a shower and hairdryer. The wording "+2" it means the occupation of two children up to 12 years.
