BEACH About 3 km away is the mixed sandy beach of Ortano and about 6 km that of Nisporto, both with free and equipped sections.
MACHINERY It has private unattended parking with one parking space for each apartment, swimming pool equipped for relaxation, reception (opening and closing at set times), coin-operated washing machine, table tennis, children's playground. In the small and charming historic center of Rio nell'Elba there are shops for all needs. The property accepts credit cards except Amex and Diners.
THE APARTMENTS Simply and functionally furnished, they all feature a private entrance, a terrace/veranda equipped with a table, chairs, and umbrellas, air conditioning, a hideaway kitchenette with an electric stovetop, a microwave (upon request, subject to payment on site), a TV, a refrigerator, and a bathroom with a shower. For stays longer than 7 nights, accommodation in the same apartment is not guaranteed, and final cleaning will be charged again if you move.
