8 APARTMENTS It is only 3 km from the quaint town of Rio nell'Elba, one of the oldest municipalities on the island, full of places of historical interest such as the famous wash houses. The structure, lying on soft natural terraces, develops within a park of 1400 square meters among olive trees, vineyards and fruit trees, immersed in the scents of the countryside.
BEACH The nearest beach, that of Rio Marina with mixed sand, is about 3 km away. About 5 km away is the suggestive inlet of Ortano, made of sand and gravel, which alternates stretches of free beach with other equipped ones. The beaches of Nisporto and Nisportino, on the west-facing side, are about 7/8 km away.
MACHINERY The estate, surrounded by vineyards, has private unattended parking, panoramic swimming pool, solarium, Kneipp path, gardens and outdoor spaces, free Wi-Fi in common areas. The nearby village offers services such as a supermarket, bars, restaurants and pharmacy. The property accepts credit cards.
THE APARTMENTS They are divided into several distinct blocks. Tastefully and carefully furnished, they feature a furnished outdoor space, a TV (satellite TV in the Villa), and a bathroom with a shower. The apartments have air conditioning in the living room, except for Villa Grassera, and mosquito nets on the windows, except for the Villa and the one-bedroom apartment. A washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board, and barbecue are available only in the Villa.

Arrival from 5:00 PM, departure by 10:00 AM. Please notify us for arrivals after 8:00 PM.
