VILLA «STELLAMARE» (private villas) Semi-detached villa with beautiful views of the gulf and the Medici town of Portoferraio, set in a hilly position surrounded by greenery and Mediterranean vegetation. Thanks to its central location, it offers easy access to other tourist destinations and the island’s most famous beaches.
BEACH Approximately 2900 km away are the pebble beaches of Capobianco and Le Ghiaie, part of the “White Coast” and the marine park in the northern part of the island. About 7 km away is the sandy beach of La Biodola, with a gently sloping seabed. All beaches offer both equipped beach clubs (with umbrellas and sunbeds for rent) and free areas. Bars and restaurants are available, as well as the possibility to rent canoes, SUPs, and boats.
MACHINERY Private parking is available (both covered and uncovered), as well as a laundry room with a washing machine and an additional outdoor shower. All main services are nearby, including a pharmacy, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and bakeries. Credit cards are not accepted.
LA VILLA Set on one level and accessed via a staircase, the villa features a large furnished terrace with stunning sea views, partly covered for al fresco dining, as well as a comfortable living area for relaxation.
