VILLA «BIANCA» (private villas) This semi-detached villa with sea views of the gulf is located on a hillside, surrounded by greenery and Mediterranean scrub. Its central location offers quick access to all amenities, other tourist destinations, and the island's most renowned beaches.
BEACH At approximately 2900 meters above sea level are the gravel beaches of Capobianco, Padulella, and Le Ghiaie, part of the Costa Bianca (White Coast) and the protected marine park in the north of the island. About 7 km away are the beaches of La Biodola and Scaglieri, characterized by fine sand and a gently sloping seabed. All offer umbrella and sunbed rentals at beach clubs, alternating with public areas. There are bars and restaurants, and canoe, SUP, and boat rentals.
MACHINERY Unattended private parking and outdoor spaces are available. All kinds of services are nearby, including a pharmacy, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and bakeries. Credit cards are not accepted.
THE VILLAS Arranged on one level, completely fenced, it has a sea view, a partially covered terrace, private entrance, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi (max 5 GB), TV, oven, microwave, induction hob, column fridge, dishwasher, mosquito nets, dryer and washing machine.
