HOLIDAY HOMES «IL FORTE» (private apartments) Located in the historic center, within the Medici fortresses, it is in a limited traffic zone (ZTL), they are on the second floor of an early sixteenth-century building, in front of the apartment there is a large paid parking lot. 
BEACH About 400 meters away is the charming Le Viste beach, part of the marine park. It features sand mixed with small, multicolored gravel, and offers umbrella and lounger rentals. About 900 meters away is the famous Le Ghiaie beach, a marine park with small beach clubs and public areas. The sandy beach of La Biodola is about 9 km away and can be reached by car or by the municipal shuttle service.
MACHINERY There are paid parking lots in the immediate vicinity. Portoferraio offers meeting places and all kinds of shops and services. Credit cards are not accepted.
THE APARTMENTS They have air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, column fridge, washing machine, oven, microwave and induction hob.
QUADRI 6 beds (approx. 70 sq m) Living room with double sofa bed. Kitchen. Two double bedrooms. Hallway. Bathroom (two separate rooms; one with sink and toilet with shower, the other with shower).
PETS ALLOWED Upon request (payable at the agency), €10 per day. Damage deposit of €100 per animal (payable locally).

ACCOMODATION Free (min. 2 nights until May 24 and from September 27; 3 nights from May 24 to June 21 and from September 06 to September 27; 5 nights from June 21 to August 9 and from August 23 to September 06; 7 nights other periods). Arrival from 5:00 PM, departure by 9:00 AM. Please notify us for arrivals after 7:00 PM. Penalty of €30 for arrivals after 8:00 PM and departures before 8:00 AM (the apartment will not be available after midnight).
SERVICES INCLUDED electricity and water consumption. Air conditioning.
FINAL CLEANING (payment at the Agency) mandatory Euro 110 per apartment. Failure to clean the kitchenette or failure to dispose of waste Euro 50.
LINEN (payment at the Agency, request required at booking) rental of bed linen and towels Euro 25 per person per supply.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT (payment on site) Euro 250 per apartment (double deposit for groups under 30 years of age).
