HOTEL 38 ROOMS Located in the gulf of Portoferraio, it is composed of two separate buildings 50 meters apart from each other, surrounded by a garden. The structure is an integral part of the ancient seaside village of Magazzini, an ideal place for a holiday in complete relaxation in direct contact with the sea. It is about 10 km from the town of Portoferraio.
PRIVATE BEACH Free service. It is located 50 meters from the free stretch of fine gravel beach and 150 meters from the private beach where guests have access to one umbrella and two loungers per room (June to September). From the small marina, which allows mooring of boats up to 2 meters of draft, you can reach nearby coves and beaches otherwise inaccessible by land, which are quiet even in high season. A sailing school, diving center, and boat rentals are available in the immediate vicinity.
MACHINERY It offers paid secure parking (please specify when booking), air conditioning in common areas, and free Wi-Fi. The annex contains the guest rooms, an outdoor pool, and a whirlpool area. The building, which overlooks the sea with panoramic views, houses the bar with a TV room, the reception, and the restaurant with table service for main meals and a buffet breakfast. Laundry service and a shuttle to/from the port on arrival and departure days only are available upon request and for a fee. The property accepts credit cards, except Amex and Diners.
ROOMS All rooms have a private entrance and private terrace, and are equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a TV, a mini-bar, a safe, a telephone, and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Standard, they can be ground floor or first floor, without sea view. The Classic they are on the ground floor with sea view. The Superior are located on the first floor, the De Luxe on the second and both have a sea view. Rooms quadruple sometimes with bunk beds.
