«MARINA» HOLIDAY HOMES (private apartments) Situated in a prime location near the beach, it overlooks the stretch of coast from Biodola to Marciana Marina. It is approximately 9 km from the center of Portoferraio.
BEACH Nestled in Biodola Bay, it is the largest of the three beaches that open onto the gulf of the same name. The fine, golden sand of Biodola offers umbrella and lounger rentals, and thanks to its gently sloping seabed, it is also suitable for families with children.
MACHINERY It offers unattended covered parking, a washing machine, and beach equipment storage. Renowned restaurants are located on site, while the nearby town of Scaglieri, just a short walk away, offers a mini market, newsagent, tobacconist, bazaar, bar, restaurant, and pizzeria. Credit cards are not accepted.
THE APARTMENTS Located on the first floor of a small building, it is accessible via a staircase. They feature a sea view, a private entrance, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a TV, a refrigerator, a microwave, and an induction hob. A small, furnished, covered terrace is also included. Bathroom with shower.

Reductions and Supplements

ACCOMODATION Available, min. 3 nights until June 6 and from September 19, 7 nights for other periods (excluding Sunday arrivals and departures). Arrivals are from 5:00 PM, departures by 9:00 AM. Please notify us for arrivals after 7:00 PM. A penalty of €30 applies for arrivals after 8:00 PM and departures before 8:00 AM (the apartment will not be available after midnight).
SERVICES INCLUDED electricity and water consumption. Air conditioning.
FINAL CLEANING (payment at the Agency) mandatory Euro 120. Failure to clean the kitchenette Euro 50. Failure to dispose of waste Euro 100.
LINEN (payment at the Agency, to be indicated when booking) rental on request of bed linen and towels Euro 25 per person per supply.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT (Payment on site) €300 per apartment. Double deposit for groups under 30 years of age.
