4 APARTMENTS Located in a typical two-story Elban house, they are surrounded by characteristic Mediterranean vegetation of holm oaks, cork oaks, and wild rosemary, and are reached via a 350-meter dirt road. The island's north coast is a succession of breathtaking beaches, and the apartments are nestled within this splendid setting. The rich seabed that characterizes this stretch of coast makes it a true paradise for lovers of the sea, nature, and scuba diving. It is approximately 4 km from the center of the island's main town, Portoferraio, rich in history, from the Medici to Napoleon, and boasting unique views. 
BEACH The closest beach is Acquaviva, a small cove of white pebbles, about 150 meters away and accessible via private access. The famous gravel beach of Sansone, known for being among the 10 most beautiful and photographed beaches in Italy, is about 600 meters away. Accessible on foot via a path, it offers umbrella and lounger rentals and features a bar/restaurant nestled in the natural setting, where you can enjoy an aperitif overlooking one of the island's most beautiful sunsets. 
MACHINERY They offer unattended parking with private access and a gate, and the entire facility is under video surveillance. For a fee on site, you can use all the services of the nearby campsite: Entrainment e Mini Club, swimming pool, bar and restaurant, children's playground. Portoferraio offers all kinds of shops and services. The property does not accept credit cards. 
THE APARTMENTS They all have a furnished outdoor space, private entrance, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, oven or microwave, and washing machine. The Suite has a TV and air conditioning (no kitchen). The bathroom has a shower.

Reductions and Supplements

ACCOMODATION Free, min. 3 nights until June 14 and from September 13; 5 nights from June 14 to August 2 and from August 30 to September 13; 7 nights other periods (excluding Saturday arrivals). Arrival from 5:00 PM, departure by 9:00 AM. Please notify arrivals after 7:00 PM. A penalty of €30 applies for arrivals after 8:00 PM and departures before 8:00 AM (the apartment will not be available after midnight).
SERVICES INCLUDED Electricity, water, and gas consumption (only in studio and two-room apartments). Air conditioning.
FINAL CLEANING (payment at the agency) Mandatory €60 for a studio, €90 for a two-room apartment. Failure to clean the kitchenette or dispose of waste €50. Included in Suite 3.
LINEN (Payment at the agency, request required at time of booking) Bed linen and towels rental: €25 per person per set. Linen included in Suite 3.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT (payment on the spot) Euro 200 per apartment.
CRADLE AND CHILDREN UP TO 3 YEARS not available. Free if you have your own cot.
