HOLIDAY HOMES «AMETISTA» (private apartments) Located on the third floor of a three-story building without an elevator, they are about 100 meters from the town. Porto Azzurro is a charming village dominated by the imposing Spanish fortress of San Giacomo and featuring a well-equipped tourist marina. The historic center is crisscrossed by picturesque alleys where craft stalls are set up on summer evenings.
BEACH They are approximately 450 meters from La Pianotta beach. The first beach you come to when you arrive in Porto Azzurro is the sandy La Rossa beach, located at the entrance to the town. It offers free use of a beach umbrella and a deckchair, subject to availability. A sailing school with boat rentals is also located here. Following the seafront promenade, you reach La Pianotta beach, composed of gravel and bordered by large rocks, also ideal for sunbathing. Located outside the Porto Azzurro harbor, despite being practically in town, it meets high environmental standards, with clear water and a beautiful seabed. A diving center is nearby. A few minutes' drive away are other beaches of sand and gravel, such as Barbarossa, Reale, and Naregno, all with beach clubs alternating with public areas.
MACHINERY It has an unattended reserved parking space. In the small town of Porto Azzurro there are shops for all kinds of needs such as supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, newsagents, numerous meeting places, typical restaurants, bars and pizzerias.
THE APARTMENTS They feature a furnished balcony, air conditioning (in the master bedroom and living room), free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an oven, a column fridge, a pod coffee machine, and a TV.

ACCOMODATION Free (minimum 3 nights until June 21 and from September 13; 5 nights from June 21 to August 23 and from August 30 to September 13, pro-rata rates), Sunday/Sunday other periods. Arrival from 5:00 PM, departure from 9:00 AM. Please notify for arrivals after 7:00 PM. A penalty of €30 applies for arrivals after 8:00 PM and departures before 8:00 AM (the apartment will not be available after midnight).
SERVICES INCLUDED consumption of electricity, water and gas. Air conditioning.
FINAL CLEANING (payment at the Agency) mandatory Euro 100 per apartment. Failure to clean the kitchenette or failure to dispose of waste Euro 30.
