APARTMENTS Inserted in a modern complex not far from the sea, they are about 1700 meters from the tourist center of Porto Azzurro, with its typical small port dominated by the imposing Spanish Fortress of San Giacomo on one side and Forte Focardo on the other. The town is characterized by picturesque alleys where craft stalls are set up in the summer evenings.
BEACH Just 600 meters away is the sandy beach mixed with stones of Barbarossa, a beautiful natural and unspoiled inlet so that the dense vegetation reaches down to the sea. The beach has mooring and offers both free stretches and the possibility of renting umbrellas and sunbeds, surfing, canoes, pedal boats, motor boats and mooring buoys.
MACHINERY Each apartment has a reserved, unattended, unnumbered parking space and access to the small shared swimming pool (open approximately from mid-June to mid-September). The village offers supermarkets, a pharmacy, a newsstand, bars, restaurants, entertainment venues, and scooter and mountain bike rentals. The property does not accept credit cards.
THE APARTMENTS Charming, comfortable, and tastefully furnished, some are on the ground floor with a veranda and garden, others on the first floor with a terrace. All have a private entrance, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and bathroom with shower. The published photographs reproduce only some types of apartments.
