HOTEL 40 ROOMS - 36 APARTMENTS Immersed in lush vegetation, the complex with its characteristic Mediterranean architecture has both rooms and apartments spread over various buildings on the hill overlooking the sea.
BEACH A mixed sand and lawn area equipped with umbrellas and loungers is 100 meters away, while Lido beach is 3 km away. Boat mooring is available for a fee. Other beaches nearby, such as Barbarossa and Naregno, offer kayak rentals. Bau Beach is approximately 400 meters away.
MACHINERY It has a private unattended parking lot, open from 01/05 and reachable via an underpass, a large swimming pool with sea water and children's area, hydromassage and free use of the solarium area with deckchairs, sunbeds and changing rooms. Also free Wi-Fi, bar, lounge and TV room, night porter service, safe deposit, coin-operated washing machine, children's games, table tennis, bowling green and volleyball, Mini Club 3/10 years. Breakfast is a buffet on the terrace, while dinner is served in the characteristic tavern with table service with a choice of meat and fish menu, a rich buffet of side dishes and a children's menu. From 01/06 guests can have lunch at the self-service restaurant near the swimming pool with payment on site. THE APARTMENTS Distributed across various blocks in the upper section of the complex, each block consists of Studio A on the lower level and Studio B on the upper level. They offer absolute tranquility and all feature sea views, a private entrance, and a terrace or small garden furnished with a table and chairs. They also include air conditioning, a TV, electric stove, free Wi-Fi, a telephone, and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.
