41 APARTMENTS Located in the delightful bay of Reale, it consists of two distinct buildings where the apartments are distributed. Thanks to the services it offers and its proximity to the sea, it is suitable for all those who wish to spend a totally relaxing holiday.
BEACH The complex is not far from Reale beach, reachable via a staircase that starts directly from the property of the same structure. On the beach there are bars, restaurant/pizzeria, minimarket and newspapers, windsurfing school, pedal boat and canoe rental.
MACHINERY Guests have access to unattended private parking, an adult swimming pool with a hot tub and a children's pool (both open from May to September and also available before check-in) equipped with bathrooms, changing rooms and a solarium with umbrellas and sun loungers. There is also a free outdoor Wi-Fi area, outdoor spaces equipped with a barbecue and wood-burning oven, a reception office, a coin-operated laundry, additional outdoor showers, table tennis and children's games. Near the swimming pool there is a bar kiosk with a small restaurant. The property accepts credit cards.
THE APARTMENTS Spread over two floors, they are located in two separate buildings. The first, the one closest to the sea, groups together functionally furnished apartments while the second has more recent apartments, with new furnishings and a kitchenette with glass-ceramic electric hobs. All with sea view (except Mono A) and terrace or balcony with table and chairs, they are equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, safe, column fridge (small fridge in Mono) and bathroom with shower.
MONO A 2 / 3 beds Located in the new building, they are all located on the first floor with balcony. Living room with kitchenette, double bed. Bathroom. (3rd added bed or cot with supplement). MONO B 2 / 3 beds Like Mono A but with sea view. (3rd added bed or cot with supplement). BILO 3 beds In the building closest to the sea. Small living room with kitchenette. Double room. Additional bed in the bedroom or living room. Services. BILO 4/5 beds In the new building, some with double balcony. Large living room with kitchenette and two double or twin sofa beds. Double bedroom. Bathroom. (5th added bed or cot with supplement).

Reductions and Supplements

ACCOMODATION start / end Sunday / Thursday (min. 7 nights, pro-rata rates). Arrival from 16.00 pm, departure before 10.00 am. Notify for arrivals after 19.30.
SERVICES INCLUDED consumption of electricity, water and gas (where applicable), air conditioning. Bedroom and bathroom linen changed weekly. Final cleaning (excluding kitchenette).
FINAL CLEANING (payment on site) failure to clean kitchenette € 30.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT (payment on the spot) Euro 150 per apartment.
CRADLE AND CHILDREN UP TO 3 YEARS (payment on the spot) Euro 5 per day. Free if with your own cot (max 1 cot per apartment, it must not exceed the beds provided in Bilo 3).
