RESIDENCE 20 APARTMENTS In a panoramic position about 3 km from the town of Porto Azzurro, from the swimming pool of the residence it is possible to admire the town of Capoliveri which dominates the entire Mola plain from above. Surrounded by rich vegetation typical of the island, the residence consists of a farmhouse dating back to the beginning of the last century, completely renovated and completed by four buildings located under a beautiful pine forest.
BEACH Its central location allows for easy access to Lido di Capoliveri beach, 1600 meters away, and the numerous beaches in the Capoliveri and Porto Azzurro area, some free and some with facilities. The property has a partnership with a diving center.
MACHINERY Guests have access to unattended covered parking, two swimming pools, one for children, a barbecue, a lounge and TV room with children's games, a small library, additional outdoor showers, ping-pong, a fitness area, and free Wi-Fi (where indicated). A tennis court and coin-operated laundry are available for a fee. Near the complex, there is a supermarket, newsstand, bank, and fishmonger. The property does not accept credit cards.
THE APARTMENTS All apartments have a private entrance and are equipped with a TV, safe, and bathroom with shower, with a hairdryer available upon request. The apartments also feature a furnished veranda with outdoor table and chairs, except for Studio A. Air conditioning is available in the AC unit and a dishwasher is available in the Trilo G unit.

ACCOMODATION Free (minimum 3 nights until July 20 and from September 06, 6 nights for other periods). Arrival from 07:09 PM, departure by 17,00:10,00 AM.
SERVICES INCLUDED electricity, water and gas consumption. Bed linen and towels changed weekly. Final cleaning. Air conditioning only in the AC type.
CRADLE AND CHILDREN UP TO 3 YEARS (payable locally) Free even with own cot if there are no more than 10 beds available, €10 per day if there are more than 10 beds available (maximum one cot in Studio A). High chair provided free of charge.
ADDITIONAL BED (on request) Euro 10 per day.
