HOTEL 24 ROOMS Situated in a prime location, it offers a pleasant, peaceful stay in a family-run atmosphere. Located on the edge of the pine forest, it consists of a main building and an adjacent building called La Vela. It is about 500 meters from the town center, easily reached with a short stroll along the seafront.
CONVENTIONED BEACH It is approximately 190 meters from the sandy beach of Marina di Campo, which extends for approximately 1,5 km and offers large free stretches alternating with equipped areas. About 500 meters away is the partner beach club, with a bar and restaurant, accessible via a comfortable walk through the pine forest. Stand-up paddleboards, canoes, and boats can be rented, and there is also a sailing school and diving center.
MACHINERY It offers private unattended parking, free Wi-Fi, and a bar with an additional relaxation area in the garden. Breakfast is buffet style, while dinner is served at the table and includes a choice of three first courses and three second courses, a generous salad buffet, and a dessert. The hotel also offers partner restaurants for lunch and dinner, including one certified by the Italian Celiac Association (AIC). The nearby pine forest features a soccer field and children's playground. The hotel accepts credit cards, excluding Amex.

Standard, located in the main building, all renovated and can accommodate up to 4 people.
