20 APARTMENTS The apartments are located in a small building in the center of the town a few steps from the largest beach on the island. Marina di Campo is one of the most popular locations and offers a beautiful seafront promenade, a small port and all the services for tourists.
BEACH The sandy beach is about 150 meters away and is easily accessible. It is equipped with beach resorts and offers the possibility of renting boats and practicing all types of water sports.
MACHINERY They have private unattended parking (one parking space per apartment) Wi-Fi and a washing machine for shared use. Nearby there are all the services such as a pharmacy, bars, restaurants, pizzerias and shops of all kinds. The property does not accept credit cards. Groups under 18 years of age are not accepted.
THE APARTMENTS Completely renovated in furnishings, simple and functional, they can be on the first or second floor, some with balcony. All apartments have air conditioning, ceiling fans, TV, oven, and freestanding refrigerator. Bathrooms include showers and hairdryers (most have ventilation and a small window overlooking the shared stairwell). Bed types may vary depending on the apartment. A washing machine is available in the living room.

Reductions and Supplements

ACCOMODATION Free rooms: min. 3 nights until May 30 and from September 26, Saturday/Saturday other periods; other types: min. 3 nights until June 13 and from September 5, min. 7 nights other periods. Arrival from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, departure by 9:00 AM. Please notify us for arrivals after 7:00 PM. A penalty of €50 applies for arrivals after 8:00 PM.
SERVICES INCLUDED consumption of electricity, water, air conditioning.
FINAL CLEANING (payment at the agency) mandatory Euro 80 for Studio, Euro 95 for Studio with Mezzanine and Two-Room, Euro 115 for Four-Room.
LINEN (payment at the agency) rental of bed linen and towels on request Euro 20 per person per supply, not rentable on site.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT (payment on the spot) Euro 150 per apartment, Euro 300 for groups under the age of 21.
