It sits on a 2000-square-meter fenced property accessed via an automatic gate. It consists of a detached villa completely surrounded by greenery available to guests. The villa is divided into eight units, four on the ground floor and four on the first floor. Despite its proximity to the sea, it offers a quiet and peaceful environment, particularly suitable for families.
BEACH It is about 550 meters from the famous sandy beach of Marina di Campo, while the beaches of Cavoli, Seccheto, and Fetovaia are a little further away.
MACHINERY The property has an unattended covered parking space (one space per apartment) and a free laundry room. The completely fenced tree-lined garden has a table and benches for shared use by guests. The property does not accept credit cards. Groups of young people under the age of 24 are not accepted from 13/06 to 12/09.
THE APARTMENTS Furnished in a functional and comfortable way, they have a balcony with deckchairs if on the first floor, independent entrance with equipped outdoor space covered by a pergola and closed with a gate if on the ground floor. They are all equipped with air conditioning in the bedrooms, TV, iron, ceiling fan, microwave oven, coffee machine with pods, column fridge, free Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

ACCOMODATION free until 13/06 and from 05/09 (min. 3 nights, pro-rata rates), Saturday/Saturday other periods. Arrival from 17.00 pm, departure by 09.00 am. Please notify for arrivals after 19.00pm. Penalty Euro 50 for arrivals after this time.
