HOLIDAY HOMES «SPRING» (Private apartments) In a privileged, panoramic location, it is housed in a two-story building with an elevator, just steps from the town center. Marina di Campo is one of Elba's liveliest tourist destinations, boasting a wealth of shops, a small harbor, and a pine forest that frames the bay.
BEACH It is about 80 meters from the renowned sandy beach of Marina di Campo. Over 1500 meters long, the beach spans the entire gulf and is the largest and most extensive on Elba Island. It offers both free and private stretches, with beach clubs offering top-notch services. Numerous sports are also available, including sailing, windsurfing, and scuba diving.
MACHINERY They have a private, assigned, covered parking space, accessible via an electric gate. The center of Marina di Campo offers all the main amenities, including restaurants, bars, pizzerias, banks, a post office, a pharmacy, and all kinds of shops. Credit cards are not accepted.
THE APARTMENTS They feature a large terrace with sea views, furnished with a table and chairs, and a balcony in the triple room. They also include satellite TV, a washing machine, a freestanding refrigerator, a ceiling and floor fan, an iron and ironing board, and a clothesline. Bathrooms include a bathtub and shower stall, and a hairdryer.

Reductions and Supplements

ACCOMODATION free until 06/06 and from 05/09 (min. 3 nights, pro-rata rates), Saturday / Saturday other periods. Arrival from 17.00, departure before 09.00. Notify for arrivals after 19.00. Penalty Euro 30 for arrivals after 20.00 and for departures before 08.00 (there is no delivery of the apartment after 24.00).
SERVICES INCLUDED consumption of electricity, water and gas.
FINAL CLEANING (payable at the agency) Mandatory €150 per apartment. Failure to clean the kitchenette or dispose of waste will be subject to a €50 fine.
LINEN (payment at the agency) rental of bed linen and towels on request Euro 25 per person per supply.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT (payment on the spot) Euro 200 per apartment.
