HOLIDAY RENTALS "NEPITELLA" (private apartments) Located approximately 300 meters from the beach, near the center of Marina di Campo, one of Elba's liveliest tourist destinations, with its picturesque historic center full of shops, its small port and the pine forest that frames the bay.
BEACH They are about 300 meters from the renowned Marina di Campo beach. At over 1500 meters long, the beach spans the entire gulf and is the widest and longest on Elba Island. It features both free stretches and equipped areas with modern beach clubs offering high-quality services. It is also an ideal destination for water sports enthusiasts such as sailing, windsurfing, and scuba diving.
MACHINERY They have a private, unattended parking space with a gate. The center of Marina di Campo offers all the main amenities, including supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, banks, a post office, a pharmacy, and all kinds of shops. Credit cards are not accepted.
THE APARTMENTS They feature a furnished balcony, TV, column fridge, oven, microwave, pod coffee machine, washing machine, iron and ironing board, and ceiling fans.
BILO DS 5 beds (approx. 55 m2) Kitchenette. Living room with queen-size sofa bed and bunk bed. Hallway. Double bedroom. Two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one ensuite with a shower.

Reductions and Supplements

ACCOMODATION Free (minimum 3 nights until June 7 and from September 13, 5 nights from June 7 to June 21 and from September 6 to September 13, 7 nights other periods). Arrival from 5:00 PM, departure by 11:00 AM. Please notify us for arrivals after 7:00 PM. A penalty of €30 applies for arrivals after 8:00 PM.
SERVICES INCLUDED consumption of electricity, water and gas.
FINAL CLEANING (payment on the spot) compulsory Euro 90 per apartment. Failure to clean the kitchenette or waste delivery Euro 50.
LINEN (payment on the spot, to be reported when booking) bed linen and towels for hire on request Euro 20 per person per supply.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT (payment on the spot) Euro 150 per apartment.
CRADLE AND CHILDREN UP TO 2 YEARS free even if with own cradle.
