RESIDENCE 40 APARTMENTS It overlooks the renowned Marina di Campo beach, nestled in a unique setting of approximately 20.000 square meters of pine forest, allowing you to fully experience nature and the sea. Its proximity to the trails of the Tuscan Archipelago Park makes it particularly suitable for trekking and mountain biking. It is approximately 1 km from the town.
CONVENTIONED BEACH Free service. The property is just a few meters from the equipped sandy beach. Guests have free use of one umbrella and two sun loungers per apartment (two umbrellas and four sun loungers for the three-room apartments). There's an externally managed beach bar/restaurant. Pedalo, canoe, windsurf, and SUP rentals are available.
MACHINERY It offers a reserved covered parking space for each apartment, a splendid saltwater swimming pool with a whirlpool near the beach, free Wi-Fi, an internet station, a bar, a spacious and bright lobby, air-conditioned common areas, a night porter service, and a coin-operated laundry. Bicycles are available for free until 7:00 PM, subject to availability. After that time, payment is required on site. The property accepts credit cards except Amex.
THE APARTMENTS All modernly furnished, they feature a garden or patio if on the ground floor, and a terrace or balcony if on the first floor, both furnished. All have a private entrance, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, safe, telephone, induction stovetop, dishwasher, freestanding refrigerator, and bathroom with shower and hairdryer. They can have a sea view, pine forest view, or seafront view.

SERVICES INCLUDED consumption of electricity, water and air conditioning. Bed linen with change twice a week and towels with daily change, kitchen linen. Daily and final cleaning.
