2 APARTMENTS Located in two separate, adjacent buildings, they are surrounded by fully fenced outdoor spaces. Conveniently located, away from the noise of the city, they are just minutes from the beautiful town beach and about 1200 meters from the center of Marina di Campo.
BEACH Approximately 1200 meters away is the renowned sandy beach of Marina di Campo, equipped with numerous bathing establishments and free stretches, with the possibility of renting boats and practicing water sports, a sailing school and a diving center.
MACHINERY Each apartment has an unattended covered parking space. Guests have access to shared outdoor spaces and a barbecue. The property accepts credit cards except Amex.
THE APARTMENTS Simply and functionally furnished, they are all on the ground floor. The Villetta, completely independent, has a furnished covered veranda and garden, while the Trilo has a furnished pergola and garden. All have a private entrance, air conditioning, TV (satellite in the Trilo), electric kettle, toaster, microwave, mosquito nets, and bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The Villetta has an electric grill only, while the Trilo has a washing machine and electric oven.

Reductions and Supplements

ACCOMODATION Minimum stay: 3 nights until June 26 and from September 18, 5 nights during other periods (excluding arrivals/departures on Saturdays and Sundays). Arrivals are from 5:00 PM, departures are by 9:00 AM. Please notify us for arrivals after 7:00 PM. A €50 penalty applies for arrivals after 7:00 PM (the apartment will not be available after 9:00 PM). 
SERVICES INCLUDED consumption of electricity, water, gas and air conditioning.
FINAL CLEANING (payable locally) Mandatory €110 per apartment. Failure to clean the kitchenette or dispose of waste will result in a €50 fee.
LINEN from bedroom and bathroom not supplied.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT (payment on the spot) Euro 150 per apartment (Euro 350 for groups of young people under the age of 24).
CRADLE AND CHILDREN UP TO 2 YEARS not available. Free if you have your own cot.
