CONVENTIONED BEACH Payment on site. It is approximately 1100 meters from the renowned sandy beach of Marina di Campo. The sandy beach of Cavoli is approximately 8 km away, and the fine sandy beach of Fetovaia, where a partner beach club is located, is approximately 12 km away. Sports such as sailing and windsurfing are also available on all beaches; a partner diving center is also available.
MACHINERY They offer covered and unattended outdoor parking with a private entrance via an electric gate, as well as a bike garage with a small workshop, rack, compressor, and e-bike charging station, as well as an external video surveillance system. A dishwasher is available only in the Trilo apartments. The Mare apartment type is located on the upper terrace, accessible via two external staircases. It features a double furnished covered terrace, one of which has a sea view, ideal for al fresco dining and relaxation, and an additional outdoor space with a private garden. A coffee pod machine is also included. The Trilo also has an outdoor laundry room on the ground floor.
