6 APARTMENTS It is located in a residential area about 800 meters from the center of Marina di Campo. Managed directly by the owners, thanks to its convenient location and proximity to the sea, it is particularly suitable for families and lovers of relaxation.
BEACH At about 480m away is the wide sandy beach of Marina di Campo, with equipped bathing establishments alternating with free stretches, where it is possible to practice numerous sports such as sailing, windsurfing or scuba diving.
MACHINERY Guests have access to private, unattended parking (one space per apartment) and a barbecue area with a furnished patio. A coin-operated washing machine for shared use and bicycle rental are available for a fee (subject to availability and a deposit required). A tennis court, shops, and other amenities are nearby. The property does not accept credit cards. Groups of young people are not accepted.
THE APARTMENTS Simple and functional, some with a small balcony or furnished terrace, they can be on the raised ground floor or the first floor. All have free Wi-Fi, a TV, a floor fan, an induction hob, a freestanding refrigerator, and a bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning is available only in Bilo F. With the wording "+1" we mean the occupation of a child up to 12 years old.
