HOTEL 76 ROOMS It is located in the small sandy bay of Spartaia, with a beach just over 250 meters long that slopes gently into a crystalline sea. The property overlooks the beach directly, in a large private park of 7 hectares with large green spaces shaded by maritime pines and meadows where you can sunbathe in peace. It consists of the main building with the restaurant, the bar and the reception and two other structures, suitable for families, called La Paolina, directly on the sea, and La Walewska, just back (in front of the tennis courts). Thanks to its location, the hotel is particularly suitable for all those who love the tranquility and safety of their children.
PRIVATE BEACH Complimentary service. Directly in front of the hotel is the beautiful private sandy beach with direct access. Each room or apartment includes one umbrella and two loungers, free of charge. A surcharge applies for front-row reservations, except for Prestige Suites and Junior Suites. Quick snacks are available at the beach bar. The hotel also offers the last row of umbrellas for pets (swimming is only permitted from 7:00 PM to 8:30 AM).
MACHINERY Surrounded by gardens, it offers unattended private parking (one space per room), free Wi-Fi, a bar, safe deposit at reception, night porter service, a lounge and TV room, air conditioning in common areas, and a paid laundry service and electric car charging station. A saltwater swimming pool, gym, ping-pong table, and a bocce court in the pine forest are also available. Mini Club For children 4-12 years old (from the end of June to the end of August), a children's play area, and a free shuttle service to the nearby center of Procchio at scheduled times. ROOMS They have balcony Sea side or sea view (except Standard rooms which do not have a balcony and Walewska rooms which have a balcony but no sea view). They all feature air conditioning, TV, free Wi-Fi, mini fridge (with free soft drinks in the Prestige Suite), safe, telephone, bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Standard (STD) , mountain view, can be single (no cot), double or twin with the possibility of adding a cot. Superior (sup) , with side sea view e balcony, offer the possibility of a third added bed or cot. The Deluxe (DLX) more spacious than the Superior rooms, they have a living area with a 3rd bed in a single sofa bed or cot, balcony e vista mareThese types are all found in the main building. In the building called Pauline, next to the central structure, are located the Junior Suite (max 3 people, including cot) with living area and sofa bed, double bedroom, Jacuzzi, balcony e vista mare; the Suite Prestige (max 3 people, including cot) recently renovated with living area and sofa bed, double bedroom, balcony and sea view; the apartments called Family Room 4 (prices per room, max 5 people including cot) consisting of a double bedroom and a bedroom with bunk bed and single bed, balcony e vista mare. In the building Walewska, a few steps from the main building, are the Family Room 3 (prices per room max 4 people including cot) ideal for families, consisting of a double bedroom and a small bedroom with one or two single beds, balcony garden view.
