VILLA HOUSE PINK (private villas) The Villa is a typical Elban mansion from the 20s, surrounded by large gardens designed to offer guests relaxation and tranquility. It is about 150 meters from the center of the small village of Procchio, one of Elba's most popular seaside resorts. Located on the northern coast in the center of the island, its location offers quick access to other tourist destinations and beaches.
BEACH Approximately 450 meters away is the sandy beach of Procchio, which extends for about 1 km, with free stretches alternating with beach clubs. There are also bars and restaurants, as well as dinghy, motorboat, and sailboat rentals.
