RTA 7 ROOMS - 65 APARTMENTS The structure, located in a panoramic position, is divided into various detached but close buildings and located in a natural setting surrounded by gardens and outdoor spaces. It is about 700 meters from the town of Marciana Marina, rich in ancient seafaring traditions, characterized by its small port, its particular promenade and its characteristic alleys.
BEACH It's about 1300 meters from the small pebble beach of La Fenicia, which is partly free and partly equipped, and 800 meters from Moletto beach. From mid-June to approximately early September, the hotel offers a free shuttle service to both beaches at scheduled times and by reservation.
MACHINERY It has unguarded private parking, swimming pool with hydromassage equipped for relaxation, table tennis, large living room, TV room, bar on the terrace, free Wi-Fi area, air conditioning in the common areas (excluding the restaurant). For customers in Hotel formula A buffet breakfast (sometimes with a lively menu) and table service are provided for dinner. In collaboration with specialized environmental guides, free half-day excursions, suitable for all, are offered on certain days of the week from mid-June to mid-September. These include hiking, snorkeling, or kayaking, allowing you to discover beautiful beaches and stunning scenery. City bikes are available for free for guests (subject to availability). A charging station for electric vehicles is available for a fee. The property accepts credit cards.
ROOMS They are divided into Standard without balcony (max 2 people, cot not available) and in Classic with balcony (max 2 people, cot not available), equipped with air conditioning, TV, free Wi-Fi, mini-bar, safe, telephone, bathroom with shower and hairdryer. For larger families, apartments are also available in Hotel formula named Family standard (Mono 3/4), Family Plus (Mono Plus 3/4) e scale Family (Two-room apartment 3/4/5) with free use of the kitchenette (daily and final cleaning are not included).
THE APARTMENTS They feature a furnished terrace, air conditioning, a TV, free Wi-Fi, a kitchenette with an electric hob and a small fridge, a safe, a telephone, and a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.

Reductions and Supplements

ACCOMODATION free until 14/06 and from 13/09 (min. 3 nights, pro-rata quotas), Sunday / Sunday other periods. Arrival from 17.00, departure before 10.00.
SERVICES INCLUDED consumption of electricity and water, air conditioning. Bed linen and towels with midweek change, daily rearrangement (floor cleaning and unsorted waste collection). Final cleaning (excluding kitchenette).
FINAL CLEANING (payment on site) failure to clean kitchenette € 40.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT (payment on the spot) Euro 100 per apartment.
CRADLE AND CHILDREN UP TO 3 YEARS (on request and if available at the time of booking) free even if with your own cot (it must not exceed the number of beds provided).
