«LA MARINA» HOLIDAY HOMES (private apartments) Located in the centre, near the town's seafront and in the restricted traffic zone. Marciana Marina is an ancient seaside village with a particular appearance, with multicolored houses, narrow streets and its oldest and most fascinating nucleus called "il Cotone". The particular seafront, with its shops and numerous meeting places, is well suited to pleasant evening walks.
BEACH Depending on the location of each individual apartment, they are about 80 to 100 meters away from the town beach or from La Fenicia; the latter, located behind the ancient Torre degli Appiani, is characterized by a pebble and gravel beach and a transparent sea and is equipped with bathing establishments, bars, restaurants, sailing centers and boat rentals. Other beaches, mostly of gravel, are distributed in the municipal area including the Sprizze, the Cala and the Bagno beach. A particular mention deserves the beach of la Paolina with its famous rock, worthy of being visited.
MACHINERY Free and paid public parking is available nearby. The town offers a wide range of services, including restaurants, pizzerias, markets, a pastry shop, a pharmacy, a bank, and charming shops. Credit cards are not accepted.
THE APARTMENTS Different in furnishings, they are located on the first floor inside two three-story buildings. They all have air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, oven and washing machine.
