They are the ideal choice for those seeking a completely relaxing holiday. They are approximately 3 km from the village of Capoliveri.
BEACH Depending on the location of the apartments, about 200-250 meters away is the small sand-and-gravel beach of I Peducelli, a little-known and pristine cove with crystal-clear water, accessible via a small, steep dirt road. Madonna delle Grazie beach is about 800-850 meters away, while Morcone beach is about 2300 meters away, offering umbrella and pedal boat rentals, as well as motor and sailing boats and a diving center.
MACHINERY Guests have access to shared private, covered, unattended parking, outdoor areas furnished with a table and chairs for al fresco dining, a barbecue, a washing machine, and additional outdoor showers. The village offers shops and convenience stores for all your needs, as well as scooter and mountain bike rentals. The property does not accept credit cards.
THE APARTMENTS They all have a garden and covered veranda furnished with a table, chairs, and loungers, a private entrance, free Wi-Fi, a TV, a safe, a freestanding refrigerator, and a bathroom with a shower. Some have a frontal or partial sea view. Air conditioning is available upon request, subject to a local charge. "+1" we mean the occupation of a child up to 12 years old.

Reductions and Supplements

ACCOMODATION Available until July 10 and from August 28 (minimum 3 nights for periods A/B, 5 nights for periods C/D, pro-rata rates). Friday/Friday for other periods. Arrival from 4:00 PM, departure by 9:00 AM. Please notify us for arrivals after 7:00 PM.
SERVICES INCLUDED consumption of electricity, water and gas.
FINAL CLEANING (payment on the spot) mandatory Euro 60 Mono, Euro 70 Bilo, Euro 80 Trilo. Failure to clean kitchenette € 50.
LINEN (payment on site) rental of bed linen or cot linen on request Euro 12 per person per supply (must be reported at the time of booking), bathroom linen not supplied.
