RESIDENCE 70 APARTMENTS Located in the small gulf of Naregno about 3 km from the town of Capoliveri, the structure is divided into 5 buildings where the apartments are located, which are from 30 to 200 meters from the beach; some overlook the sea while others are immersed in the greenery of a large private garden that extends to the beach. The residence is personally managed by the owners themselves, thus guaranteeing guests a traditional welcome.
PRIVATE BEACH Payment on site. The guest area features umbrellas and loungers, changing rooms, showers, and a children's play area. Boat, canoe, pedal boat, and SUP rentals are available. Snack bar right on the beach. Agreements with a sailing school and diving center are available. Pets are also allowed.
MACHINERY It offers private covered and unattended outdoor parking, a swimming pool for adults, a smaller children's pool, a hot tub, a furnished solarium for relaxation, and a poolside bar (sometimes with a piano bar). Free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, a children's play area, and ping pong are also available. From June 6 to September 5 Mini Club 4/12 years e Junior Club 12/18 years. Guests will be able to undergo the treatment Half Board o Full board For a supplement, upon request and reservation, at the restaurant located directly on the beach. Breakfast and lunch are buffet style. Laundry service, multi-purpose tennis/soccer court, trekking and mountain biking excursions are available for a fee. THE APARTMENTS Divided into five buildings that adapt to the surrounding environment, they offer direct beachfront views, some with sea views, others surrounded by gardens and green spaces leading to the sea. Most have barbecues, some with ceiling fans and safes, and feature a private entrance, a small garden or patio if on the ground floor, and a balcony if on the first floor. All include air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a TV, a telephone, and a bathroom with a shower and hairdryer. Two of the two-room apartments have a double bedroom. mezzanine visible, reachable via a staircase, sometimes spiral.
