RESIDENCE 24 APARTMENTS Located on the east coast of the island, about 3 km from the town of Capoliveri, it is the ideal solution for nature lovers who can find rural itineraries for walking, jogging and trekking in the immediate vicinity. The residence is located in a quiet and relaxing position with a panoramic view, immersed in the green of the Mediterranean scrub and shaded by maritime pines.
BEACH It is about 450 meters from the mixed sand beach of Naregno, a lido that extends into a 600-meter-long cove overlooked by Forte Focardo. The beach offers both free and private sections, parking, water sports facilities, and restaurants/pizzerias.
MACHINERY It offers ample private, unattended, covered and uncovered parking, a children's play area, and a safe at reception. Guests can use the shared gazebo with barbecue and table shaded by pine trees, perfect for spending pleasant evenings with friends. The nearby town of Capoliveri offers a wide range of shops and services. The property does not accept credit cards.
THE APARTMENTS They are comfortable, furnished with everything you need for a completely free experience in close contact with nature. They feature a furnished terrace, private entrance, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, TV, and bathroom with shower. With the wording "+ 1" we mean the occupation of a child up to 12 years old.

ACCOMODATION Free (minimum 3 nights for periods up to May 30 and from September 12, 5 nights from May 30 to June 20 and from August 29 to September 12, 7 nights for other periods). Arrival from 4:00 PM, departure by 10:00 AM.
SERVICES INCLUDED consumption of electricity, water and gas, air conditioning. Bed linen with weekly change.
FINAL CLEANING (payment on the spot) mandatory Euro 35 per apartment.
LINEN (payment on the spot) bathroom linen rental on request Euro 5 per person per supply.
