RESIDENCE 21 APARTMENTS The property is located in the beautiful bay of Morcone, one of the most evocative corners of the Island of Elba, about 3 km from the town of Capoliveri. The apartments are located in two distinct bodies and, thanks to their position, are the ideal choice for a relaxing holiday a stone's throw from the sea and close to one of the most characteristic and worldly centers of the whole island.
PRIVATE BEACH payment on the spot. Adjacent to the structure, right on the sandy and pebble beach of Morcone, there is a reserved area bordered by a hedge with 1 umbrella + 2 deck chairs + 1 sun bed per apartment included in the Service Package. Free use of canoes until exhaustion. On the beach there is a diving center and small boats for hire.
MACHINERY It has private internal unattended parking (access with barrier and one parking space per apartment), reception office, hall, TV room, bar, restaurant/pizzeria on the beach. Free shared barbecue, with payment on site shared washing machine. Included in the Forfait Services Wi-Fi (outside and inside the hall), table tennis and bicycles until exhaustion. Also agreement with the restaurant of the structure for breakfasts, lunches and dinners. In the nearby town of Capoliveri you can find all kinds of services. The structure accepts credit cards.
THE APARTMENTS Furnished in a simple and functional way, internally almost always arranged differently, they can be on the ground floor or on the first mezzanine floor. The Mono type has a small unequipped outdoor space, while the Bilo and Trilo have a balcony or patio equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining. All with independent entrance, TV and bathroom with shower. The Bilo S have a sea view. Air conditioning with supplement to be paid on site.

Reductions and Supplements

ACCOMODATION free period A (min. 4 nights, pro-rata rates), Sunday / Sunday other periods. Arrival from 17.00, departure before 10.00. Notify for arrivals after 20.00.
SERVICES FORFAIT (payable locally) Mandatory for children over 5 years old, €40 per person per week (full amount due even for stays of less than 7 nights). Includes on-site assistance, electricity, water, and gas. Final cleaning (excluding kitchenette, dishes, and kitchen utensils). Bed linen and towels are changed weekly. TV in the apartment, one parking space in the private parking lot, use of barbecue, children's play area, ping-pong, bicycles, and canoes, Wi-Fi (inside and outside the lobby), one umbrella with two deckchairs and one sun lounger in the reserved beach area, and a 10% discount at the Drago restaurant.
AIR CONDITIONING (payment on site) Euro 35 per week for a studio, Euro 49 for a two-room apartment and a two-room apartment S, Euro 63 for a three-room apartment.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT (payment on the spot) Euro 100 per apartment.
FINAL CLEANING (payment on site) failure to clean kitchenette € 30.
CRADLE AND CHILDREN UP TO 2 YEARS (Payment on site upon request and if dedicated apartments are available) €35 per week (full payment even for stays of less than 7 nights). Free for guests with their own crib (max. 1 crib per apartment).
ADDITIONAL BED (payment on site on request and if available at the time of booking) supplement Euro 35 per week.
